A sometimes life saving event

Most likely – leaving more than physical scarring.

The information on traditional maternal care – faja  belly binding, vaginal steaming, mother roasting (never, ever ice on a vulnerable woman’s body) and Maya massage is found on the www.HeatherSays.com site.

Preparation (if this is to be elective)

Initially – always drink more water and have more rest. Extra Vit D3 supplements – at least 20,000 iu daily for at least a month after birthing and preferably be up at 100+n/m/l pre birth to ensure all minerals and your immune system work perfectly – so you do not need this surgery.

After – in healing, please remember that this is major abdominal work and needs time plus the usual month or so to course you back to perfect. All cultures who have a lying in period would extend this by at least a month if they were your carer. This means – stop and rest!! Your more normal ‘life’ can be picked up later.

The use of the safe intimate care products will guarantee easy transition from just birthed to happily sitting/using body however you want.

If you are weeks/months/years down the track – and still feel that you are not fully healed . . you are normal and this can be improved upon.

Then . .  .

Look to the moxa sacral fan
Or better still – get the Founational Moves online course – as you will have the basic gems that allowed me to be a leader and highly successful acupuncturist naturopath and body worker for decades in Brisbane and surrounds.

Using a moxa stick – ONLY the real ones.  . .not the smokeless

Scars are not just on the surface, and in the physical.

Heartfelt distress and consequent life disruptions are not part of what nature had intended when you conceived your little loved one.

There may be substantial healing needed prior to another baby – or to just be able to move on, so your life feels easy again.

Please find yourself someone to assist with this – the organisations set up specifically for this may be able to help you. All cultures respected and revered women, and their role in creating the next generation – hence the future.

Start with a little organic castor oil inside, and on the wounded areas – once they are sealed over.

Comfrey ointment used to massage in to the wounds – esp C section – once healed – in addition to the organic castor oil – and using moxa on the sacrum to enhance blood and Qi flow through tegh area – and on the actual scar – over the top of it – for a few minutes then following up with acupuncture or least self massage – is what may be needed – regardless of how old the scarring is.

Finding an obstetrically experienced wise womanly acupuncturist may be very helpful.
Seek a bell worker – preferably one of my Gentling Way graduates for assistance as it is holistic – treating all aspects of you – as your needs will be covered with one person working as a transformational Qi and body worker.

Many have been able to heal this at home using all the info on of all things’ birth preparation – moxa and massage for the pelvis to get the Qi and Blood flowing again – see the entire ‘What Dads Can Do’ package instantly downloaded at the bottom of the page..

Read more here  Never use ice  .  . especially not around a pregnant or just birthedWDCD pack use this one mother – please get your free eBook as to why on the page above. Please also look to the ‘health’ section on this site.
